Swell Hell was created for people living with lymphedema and the people who love them. This is a place for practical tools, honest words, useful resources, and a little attitude when “just stay positive” does not quite cover it.

What You’ll Find Here

You will find digital tools made for real life, including measurement trackers, journals, planners, and other ways to keep up with the details that are too easy to lose track of when you are tired, hurting, or overwhelmed.

You will also find apparel, stickers, journals, wall art, and everyday things that say what many of us are too tired to explain. Sometimes it helps to wear a little truth on your shirt. Sometimes it helps to have a notebook that does not look like it belongs in a doctor’s office.

And then there is the blog.

We will talk about living with lymphedema, measuring changes, therapy, wraps, compression, finding helpful products, dealing with appointments, and navigating the parts of this condition that people often do not understand. No shame. No sugarcoating. No pretending swelling is no big deal.

Other days, putting on your wraps may be the whole victory.

Both days count.

Lymphedema affects more than a measurement or a clothing size. It can affect comfort, confidence, movement, work, relationships, sleep, travel, and the way you feel when you look in the mirror. It can be lonely. It can be embarrassing. It can be exhausting.

You deserve information that makes sense, tools that are actually usable, and a place that does not act like you should be grateful for a condition that has made your life harder.
